The words “CN/ICECU, we, our, us and credit union” refer to the CN/IC Employees Credit Union, and the words, “you and your” refer to our members.

The types of personal information collected and shared depend on the product or service you have with us. We collect information about you from the following sources:

Applications and other forms you provide while setting up an account with us, when you contact us for support, or apply for a loan
Information about your transactions or during any authorized transaction
Transactions with nonaffiliated third parties
Through a web site, web form, during an online or in-person registration, while making an appointment
Consumer reporting agencies.

We may disclose all of the information that we collect as described above. When you are no longer our member, we will continue to follow the privacy policies and practices as may be permitted or required by law.

WHAT	INFORMATION IS COLLECTED:

We collect personal information in accordance with applicable law. If you seek, apply for, or obtain a financial product or service with us, we will use and share that information we collect from you.

We may also collect personal information when you use our sites, products, and services. This may include your name or other online identifier, home or physical address, telephone number, email address, IP address, website interactions, geolocation, device identifier, keystrokes, the contents of your communications with us, and information from a consumer report about you.

WHO	PARTIES TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION:

Service Providers: We may share information with Service Providers who help us administer our website, conduct surveys, provide technical support, process payments and assist in the fulfillment of services.

Legal Obligations: Information may be disclosed in response to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, or in connection with any legal process or to comply with relevant laws. What we do

How does CN/IC Employees Credit Union protect my personal information?	Security measures, as required by federal law, are in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files and buildings. Internal security controls, including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information you provide us and the information we collect about you.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?	All financial companies need to share members’ personal information to run their everyday business.
